Sarah Meister is a Curator of Photography at The Museum of Modern Art. Recent projects include Dorothea Lange: Words & Pictures (2020), Frances Benjamin Johnston: The Hampton Album (2019), Dorothea Lange: Migrant Mother (2019), Arbus, Friedlander Winogrand: New Documents, 1967 (2017) and the exhibition Making Space: Women Artists and Postwar Abstraction (2017). Meister is co-editor of and contributing author to the three volume series Photography at MoMA (2015-2017). She co-directs the August Sander Project (a five-year research initiative with Columbia University), and is the lead instructor for the online course Seeing Through Photographs on Coursera. Quentin Bajac is Director of the Galerie nationale du Jeu de Paume in Paris, and former Joel and Anne Ehrenkranz Chief Curator, Department of Photography, The Museum of Modern Art, New York. He has curated various modern and contemporary photography exhibitions, and has written books on a variety of 20th and 21st century photographers.
